San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) Supt. Cindy Marten continues her bullying and disrespect of the Lincoln High School community by her Lincoln Principal Selection process scam.

District Deeds has consistently exposed the corrupt Marten Principal Selection Process Scam since our July, 2014 Principal Selection Side Show Series – Act 1: Phantom Engagement and Act 2: Let’s Pretend.

Since then, under the dictatorial and bullying leadership of the incompetent Supt, Cindy Marten, the process has gotten exponentiailly WORSE!

Regarding the current Marten fake collaboration Principal Selection Process at Lincoln High School, District Deeds contacts within the Lincoln High School community claim:

• The hiring/interview process was not handled in a fair and impartial way.

• The panel interview was not transparent

• The panel was bullied, pressured and not offered any other solutions

• The characteristic developed by the community were not utilized fully

• The Level 1 interviews did not include stakeholders input or review.
