Previous chapters have focused on the “nuts and bolts” of working your way through the SDUSD UC form. This week we a taking a break from that compilation effort to remind our readers of the REASON we are filing the SDUSD UC in the first place…
The Educational Health of ALL SDUSD Students!!!
Next week we will resume the “nuts and bolts” approach with page two of the SDUSD UC Form.

Chapter 5 Preface
After reading the first four chapters of the District Deeds HAT TRICK Handbook, some SDUSD Stakeholders may be hesitant to proceed with a UC.
There is a lot of reading and research.
There is a good share of archiving and writing.
There is also the fear of retribution from a corrupt and vengeful school district.
It reminds us of the same hesitancy some individuals and health care providers had in dealing with the Covid 19 Pandemic. Much of the hesitancy came from fear of the unknown in both the Health Care industry and in the populations most affected. Some undocumented immigrants were afraid to come forward for medical attrention. Some familes with special needs students did not want to lose support services caused by isolation. Some familes in poverty were unable to afford child care. Some resorted to just denying the presence of Covid 19 for political reasons and, per the Urban Dictionary, became known as Covid Deniers…
This same type of hesitancy is present in filing a UC against the powerful SDUSD…fear of the unknown and possible retribution by the multi-million dollar SDUSD legal department and corrupt leadership at the Central Office and school site.
Unfortunately there are scores of SDUSD Stakeholders…Parents, Teachers, Principals and Staff…that are SDUSD UC Deniers.
Some are full fledged SDUSD UC Dimwits whose minds will never be changed for a variety of reasons including job security, money and political/personal power.
The purpose of this chapter is to provide some strong reasons, logic and motivations for filing UC’s by those individuals afraid of the SDUSD power, those than may be UC Deniers or others hesitant to stand strong against the powerful SDUSD cabal.
Today we urge all of them to “rise up against“!!!
Let’s get started!!!
Over the last 4 Chapters we have provided the basic tools and information needed for a SDUSD Stakeholder to begin the diagnosis of a SDUSD UC violation:
- Identify the UC Checkboxes that apply to the SDUSD Violation(s).
- Set your Statute of Limitations clock for 6 months or 12 months depending on the violations identified.
- Actively document ALL SDUSD violation evidence through memorializing verbal and written communication via email and other methods(i.e.: Email followups, personal notebook/word document narratives, school site, cluster and central office memos/policy documents).
- Use the power of numbers! Enlist OTHER SDUSD Stakeholders to join you in your UC against SDUSD violations.
During the first 4 chapters we have focused on the “nuts and bolts” of compiling a SDUSD UC.This chapter is focused on helping to provide you personal motivation for filing a SDUSD UC on the behalf of your Student and the thousands of current and future Students that will benefit from your advocacy efforts.
To accomplish that task we will parallel how the CDC attacked the Covid pandemic.
The CDC created an internet page titled “Clinical Care Quick Reference for COVID-19“. On that page the CDC highlighted the following areas:
-
Caring for Patients – Signs and symptoms
-
Ending Isolation
-
People at Increased Risk for Severe Illness
-
Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS)
-
Post-COVID Conditions
-
Caring for Special Populations
-
Reinfection
We will be using the “Quick Reference” model in dealing with the Covid 19 Pandemic by the CDC to the current reality within the SDUSD and use that reality to assist all Stakeholders to use UC’s to counter the weak, unsafe, dishonest Education Pandemic disease in the SDUSD.
Let’s be clear…
That SDUSD corruption supported by lies IS an “infectious disease” that spreads from Board of Education and Superintendent coverups to the individual school site/classroom abuse of individual Students and groups of Students, especially those “magnified” under “existing inequality”.
Outside of preventing the educational, emotional, moral and physical damage being done to an individual Student through a SDUSD UC violation, using “extrapolation“, there could be thousands of similar students being victimized by the very same SDUSD corrupt violations as the single child you represent.
Given this information, the following breakdown provides a clinical approach to exposing the SDUSD Education Pandemic.
Caring for Patients – Signs and symptoms
There are many “signs and symptoms” of SDUSD UC violations. In Chapter 4 (a), (b), (c), the legal description links spell out the scope and scale of UC violations. The documentation compiled by SDUSD Stakeholders abused by the SDUSD provides all of these “Signs and Symptoms”.
Ending Isolation
As we said in the WHY/HOW section of “Chapter 1: Documentation! Documentation! Documentation!” :
When a corrupt/dysfuntional organization like the huge SDUSD violate the rights of Stakeholders, laws around “confidentiality of Student records” force every single stakeholder group into an individual “silo”, separated from thousands of others that have been abused in the very same way by the corrupt. dysfunctional SDUSD.
The SDUSD prefers PERMANENT isolation of all UC’s through the “confidentiality” loophole, unike the CDC goal of “ENDING ISOLATION”. ISOLATION allows the corrupt SDUSD to spread its diseased Education Pandemic.
People at Increased Risk for Severe Illness/Caring for Special Populations
Just like our featured quote today by Ms. Gates regarding the Covid Pandemic explains, this SDUSD Education Pandemic caused by corrupt leadership “has magnified every existing inequality in our society – like systemic racism, gender inequality, and poverty” and WORSENED the plight of these “Special Populations”
Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS)
The SDUSD “MIS” extends beyond the checkbox list. The SDUSD MIS manifests itself in symptoms like:
- COMPLETE Educational Failure during the Covid 19 Pandemic.
- Massive absenteeism during and after Covid 19 shutdowns.
- Unjust, artificial “restorative justice” by amateurs creating systemic racism suspensions.
- Brain Drain of highly qualified professional educators/administrators leaving the dysfuntional SDUSD.
- Massive enrollment reductions.
Post-COVID Conditions
Unlike the CDC, there is no forecast for “Post SDUSD Education Pandemic Conditions”. We are still in the midst of the 10 year SDUSD Education Pandemic began by the appointment of former SDUSD Superintendent “Typhoid Cindy” Marten in 2013 and carried on by Board of Education Trustee “Tricky Dick” Barrera and current SDUSD Superintendent Lamont “Lovey Dovey” Jackson.
Reinfection
As long as the corrupt SDUSD Board of Education Trustees elected and re-elected by millions of dollars from special interest groups, the chances for “Reinfection” of horrible educational results are 100%
Given ALL of these inadequacies, it should be clear that the SDUSD in its current state CANNOT equitably or fairly function on behalf of ALL SDUSD Students.
It is also very clear what filing a UC can do…even if it is denied.
Very rarely in our lives do we get the chance to help so many children with such a simple act. Filing a Uniform Complaint and standing up against the SDUSD Education Pandemic to help THOUSANDS of children is an act of heroism.
YOU have it in your power to change the world for YOUR child!!!
YOU have it in your power to change the world for THOUSANDS of children!!!
Stand Up!
Thank you for reading Chapter 5! Be sure to pass this on to ALL your SDUSD Stakeholder friends and colleagues for ALL chapters.
And remember the 2023 resolution for ALL San Diego Unified School District Stakeholders especially for ALL SDUSD Employees…
The SDUSD HAT TRICK – HONESTY-ACCOUNTABILITY-TRANSPARENCY
Together we can Make This Better!!!
See you next week for Chapter 6!!!
