Five days from now San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) Trustee “Tricky Dick“ Barrera and Elementary School Superintendent Cindy “Bersin in a Skirt” Marten will be keynote Speakers in misrepresenting the “2017 State of the District“.  This is an annual tradition where all of the cronies of Marten and the Board of Education gather together to congratulate themselves on double crossing over 200,000 SDUSD Stakeholders for another year without losing their jobs.

In preparation for that official “State of the District” propaganda event, District Deeds will be presenting a series of posts over the next few days that will provide Stakeholders the REAL “2017 State of the District” from a SDUSD Stakeholder viewpoint.

District Deeds will tell you the REAL TRUTH that you have virtually NO CHANCE of hearing at the SDUSD “2017 State if the District” from the Compulsive Liar team of Marten and Barrera.

The core District Deeds belief regarding the “State of the District”, backed up by facts, is that the horrible budget mismanagement decisions and actions by “Bersin in a Skirt” Marten, “Tricky Dick” Barrera and the rest of their Trustee and Inner Circle cronies has actually helped drive families AWAY from the SDUSD schools and into Charter schools despite all the hard work and dedication of SDUSD Teachers, Administrators, Students, Families, Community Members and Taxpayers.

ALL of those SDUSD Teachers, Administrators, Students, Families, Community Members and Taxpayers were DOUBLE CROSSED for their efforts and forced to deal with the repercussions of the massive $124 million budget mismanagement disaster created by Marten, Barrera and their cronies.

No marketing efforts or “branding” strategies by hard-working school site communities can cover up the horrible mismanagement and gross incompetence at the very top of the SDUSD organization by Supt. Marten and Trustees Richard “Tricky Dick” Barrera, John “You Can’t Handle the Truth” Evans, Kevin Beiser, Mike McQuary and Sharon Whitehurst Payne.

Based on that premise, the following changes to the SDUSD propaganda slogans will be made in our series:

“Vision 20/20” is now “Double Crossed Vision 20/20”

 

“Quality Schools In Every Neighborhood” is now “Quality CHARTER Schools In Every Neighborhood”
