As District Deeds predicted one week ago, last Friday, in “Wasting Money In a Budget Crisis – High Risk San Diego Unified AP Test Restraining Order Request Has Been Tried Before…And LOST!“, the ridiculous propaganda lawsuit by the San Diego Unified School requesting a Temporary Restraining Order against the College Board/ETS failed miserably today in Federal Court.

According to an interview on Fox 5 San Diego:

School board Vice President Kevin Beiser told FOX 5 the decision to take legal action was a “no-brainer.”

Beiser is right…the the individuals with “No Brains” were Beiser and his Clown Car Cronies-Barrera, Evans, McQuary, Payne and Clown Car Queen Cindy Marten to actually file the costly, ill-advised and hopeless lawsuit.

Beiser also said in the same article:

“The College Board is accountable to no one and there’s no appeal process other than legal action.” – Trustee Kevin Beiser

That sounds familiar…to paraphrase:

“The SDUSD Superintendent and Board of Education are accountable to no one and there’s no appeal process other than legal action.” – District Deeds

WOW!

Unfortunately the collateral damage of the propaganda induced TRO lawsuit was that over 500 Scripps Ranch High School (SRHS) Students and their families were filled by false hope and false promises by the self-serving Superintendent Cindy Marten and Trustees Richard Barrera, Kevin Beiser, John Lee Evans, Mike McQuary and Sharon Whitehurst-Payne.

This phony lawsuit just ended up prolonging the SRHS Students misery.

That “misery” and losing at LEAST $50,000 (and likely much, much more including lawsuits against the SDUSD for breaking internal policies) was the responsibility of so-called SDUSD “leadership”.

A week that SRHS Students were distracted from AP Prep by SDUSD Propaganda.

More than $50,000 that could have gone to the neediest of students and instead spent on a lost cause that the current SDUSD legal staff had decided against.

But the lure of a juicy, but fake, “Fight for the AP Students” propaganda campaign to cover up their failure to train and administer the tests according to explicit, detailed instruction was just too hard for Marten and the Board to resist.

Now the SDUSD may have the opportunity to waste LOTS more money defending themselves against lawsuits filed against the District for failing to deliver services promised to students who took the AP tests that were legally invalidated.

We are on the side of ALL SRHS families who decide to LEGALLY “Fight for the AP Students” rights against the REAL perpetrators of this testing process debacle…the Senior SDUSD Leadership.

Our hearts and minds are with you!

Make the Superintendent and Board Accountable…and make them PAY!

And all of this financial waste in the midst of the WORST budget disasters in SDUSD history caused by similar gross operational mismanagement by Supt. Cindy Marten and her crony inner circle senior staff.

In the end, Marten continues to enjoy her 6 figure salary while Students, Families and ALL SDUSD Stakeholders are both left paying the bill and getting the shaft by her failed SDUSD leadership.

Again.

Don’t let Marten, Barrera, Beiser, Evans, McQuary and Payne get away with it.

Again.

Make them legally accountable and FIGHT for your Students Rights!!!
