What a shame!

Multiple San Diego “Investigative” News organizations lapped up the “news flash” from San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) Propaganda Department that ALL emails older than 1 year will be deleted effective June 1, 2018.

This is HORRIBLE news.

What is even more HORRIBLE is that the Local San Diego News Organizations took over TWO MONTHS to report it to their massive media distribution networks.

And most HORRIBLE OF ALL is that through the 1 year deletion policy the SDUSD is completely betraying all Stakeholders by overtly destroying evidence of misdeeds under incompetent Supt. Cindy Marten and her crony Board of Education Trustees (Richard “Tricky Dick” Barrera, Kevin “Dismissal with Prejudice” Beiser, John “You Can’t Handle the Truth” Evans, Michael “Foggy Bottom” McQuary and Sharon “Flying By The Seat of Our Pants” Payne.

By SDUSD deleting emails and San Diego News sources refusing to expose it,  thousands of SDUSD Stakeholders will lose the opportunity to submit Public Records Requests before evidence is deleted for all time.

On Monday, MARCH 5th, 2018, over two months ago, District Deeds posted “Evidence Destruction Alert!!! SHAME ON YOU-San Diego Unified to Delete all Emails Prior to June 1, 2017 – Letter Enclosed!” and actually provided the internal SDUSD correspondence below as proof:

Nothing was written about the email deletion by local Journalists.

How much effort does it take for these local “Investigative” Reporters to “investigate” a blog post?

Apparently too much since only two local news organizations posted the email deletion story on May 9th and 10th, with one classifyIng the story as “Investigates” and the second actually giving credit to the “Investigates” news team for doing so.

Even worse, NO other local news organizations even mentioned it!!!

We gave a lot of credit in our previous post to these same organizations for exposing the SDUSD for  “Not Valuing Openness and Transparency”.

Unfortunately now those same organizations just dropped the ball in publicizing this oppressive SDUSD email deletion policy.

We URGE local news reporters to expose the SDUSD misdeeds ASAP and not wait to be spoon fed by the SDUSD propaganda department…
