San Diego Unified School District Bullies, Supt. Cindy Marten, Trustees Richard Barrera, John Lee Evans, Kevin Beiser, Mike McQuary, and Sharon Whitehurst-Payne are used to acting like the 800 pound gorilla.

They consistently use their unlimited legal budget and unlimited power to crush lawsuits from SDUSD parents including those of sexually abused students and other SDUSD Employees and  families against all ethics and individual rights just like the definition of an 8oo-Pound Gorilla-

Despite predictions of imminent legal defeat by District Deeds and advice by their own internal Legal Counsel to not file the restraining order and lawsuit against College Board/ETS, the egotistical, incompetent SDUSD leadership decided to throw away thousands of dollars during a $124 million budget mismanagement disaster and try to pretend they were NOT guilty of the AP testing mismanagement at Scripps Ranch High School despite all evidence to the contrary.

In filing a lawsuit against the College Board/ETS “15,000-Pound Elephant”, the overconfident, bloated, SDUSD 800-Pound Gorilla Bully ran into an opponent stronger, more powerful and more competent and exposed them as the incompetent cowards they are!

The SDUSD Bullies picked a fight they soon found out they couldn’t win.

And like all Bullies/Cowards do when confronted with a stronger opponent, they ran away and hid!

On August 4, 2017, the parties filed a stipulation and joint motion to dismiss this action with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41. Doc. No. 23.

That’s right, not only did the SDUSD DROP and RUN AWAY from the case against College Board/ETS, they are “FORBIDDEN” to file another case on the same grounds!

Where is all the typical SDUSD hoopla and propaganda about this decision?

Where is the SDUSD Press Conference with all the big talk about this decision?

Where is the bravado in front of cameras by Marten, Beiser and the SDUSD Propaganda/PR Department spouting phony platitudes and lies about their obvious guilt?

No, these phony SDUSD cowards are quiet and in hiding hoping the issue blows over without notice by the time the new 2017/2018 school year begins.

Come out, come out, wherever you are little Cindy, Richard, Kevin, John Lee, Mike and Sharon!

The big, bad College Board/ETS is gone.

But the next 15,000 pound Elephant has just arrived.

Lawsuits and claims against the SDUSD by the injured Scripps Ranch High School AP Students and Families are just beginning…on top of the $50,000 you wasted on this ridiculous lawsuit.
