THAT MEANS YOU!!!

Over the last month, the local media has been covering the Lincoln High School Altercation.  Many of those same media outlets were quick to immediately publish staged Photo Ops crafted by the MILLION DOLLAR SDUSD Propaganda Relations Department featuring partial and inadequate community outreach that excluded key Community Organizations like the NAACP.

Marten acted like the incident was a NEW issue that could be resolved with “communication” with the hand-picked community she could try to manipulate.

Unfortunately NONE of the local media looked at the CAUSE of the altercation…the REASONS WHY the campus had deteriorated to the point of students being tased and pepper sprayed…and the fact that the Lincoln High School Altercation was actually SDUSD Superintendent Cindy Marten’s 3RD STRIKE on betraying the San Diego Unified Police Department, The Lincoln High School Stakeholders…Parents, Students, Teachers, Community Members and Staff…and ALL San Diego Stakeholders and Taxpayers!

It all began in April, 2014 when the inept Cindy Marten inappropriately took operational  directions from Felon Trustee Marne Foster to remove Principal Esther Omogbehin at Lincoln High School.  The Lincoln High School site IMMEDIATELY became much more dangerous for Students, Staff and Police Officers.

The well-defined and enforced rules and guidelines established by the highly experienced and credentialed Dr. Omogbehin were quickly subverted by the selection and placement of a well-meaning, deeply committed but inexperienced Principal at Lincoln by Marten and Foster.

The first rips in the student safety net occurred less than 6 months later in October, 2014 when a Student was assaulted with a BUTCHER KNIFE.

CINDY MARTEN STRIKE ONE!  

After the removal of Dr. Omogbehin by SDUSD Superintendent Cindy Marten (per the report by “Hornet Insider”) many Lincoln Stakeholders…Parents, Students, Teachers, Community Members and Staff…described a dangerous Lincoln campus that devolved into daily fights and confrontations.

According to confidential sources, the SDUSD Police Department, reacted proactively to the lack of Lincoln site safety and asked Marten for more support on the campus.

The SDUSD Police Department Request for MORE support  was DENIED or IGNORED by Marten.

Oddly enough…in that month of October, 2014…Marten assigned a new Police Officer to the Lincoln Campus….Bashir Abdi…the officer who is being investigated by the San Diego Sheriff for the use of a taser a year and a half later at Lincoln!!! 

Six months later, March, 2015.

ANOTHER incident occurred at Lincoln High School.

An email obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from former Executive Director, District Relations Mr. Moises Aguirre to the media described the incident at the time:

And here is a description the “Large Fight Near Lincoln High” by CBS Channel 8 San Diego on March 24, 2015:

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – At least two people are in custody after a fight broke out near  Lincoln High School Tuesday afternoon.

San Diego City School police say the fight involved two female students and about 100-onlookers. Police responded to the fight at 50th Street and Imperial Avenue at 3:00 p.m. Officers say some of the onlookers tried to intervene as they were breaking up the fight and had to use pepper spray to disperse the crowd.

A large stone was thrown through the back window of a school police SUV during the fight. A school police officer and at least one fight victim were treated by paramedics at the scene.  – CBS Channel 8 San Diego.

So the dangerous environment created by the removal of an experienced Principal Omogbehin created ANOTHER dangerous situations for the Lincoln High School Students and Community.

AGAIN the Lincoln Community was “engaged” using fauxllaboration and manipulation by Marten.

AGAIN the SDUSD Police Department asked Marten for more support on the Lincoln Campus and was DENIED by Marten.

MANY Students and Community Members were injured with PEPPER SPRAY!

A little less than a year later, on February 26, 2016, another dangerous situation developed at Lincoln High School.

Cindy Marten had IGNORED the requests by the SDUSD Police Department for more support at Lincoln High School

Cindy Marten had ignored the administrative struggles on campus…from setting up a the master schedule to lack of campus safety and true restorative justice.

5 INDIVIDUALS AND THE POLICE OFFICER WERE INJURED.

IT IS GETTING WORSE!!!

District Deeds has NO IDEA how SDUSD Superintendent Cindy Marten keeps her job despite one DANGEROUS DISASTER after another caused by her inexperience and blundering.
