The District Deeds suspicion has been confirmed!  News from the front lines indicate that Elementary Principal/Monarch Marten has successfully orchestrated the first phase of her Fake Principal Selection plan by eliminating qualified applicants with credentials better than her own Elementary Principal credentials!

And District Deeds is providing the odds of Martens pre-picked Principal BEFORE THEY ARE EVEN INTERVIEWED BY THE SELECTION COMMITTEE!

Marne Foster decided to directly intervene into SCPA operations, possibly counter to Board of Education bylaws and, with Martens assistance, decided to replace Lizarraga with a “controllable” Principal candidate with far less Arts Education Administration credentials than Lizarraga.

The SDUSD process to select a principal is a fake process where Marten and her inner circle cronies identify the ideal malleable Principal candidate in advance and then, through paper screening and manipulation of the Selection Committee and finalists, end up choosing that candidate while making Site Stakeholders believe it was their choice.  This tactic is known as the Delphi Technique (http://learn-usa.com/transformation_process/~consensus.htm) (Thank You Jane)

NOTE:  In the group meeting she clumsily unveiled her strategy on replacing Lizarraga.

How Lizarraga, after desperately being appointed by Marten to a ridiculously “invented” position by the incompetent Marten, was appointed to an even more prestigious Principal position at Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, costing SCPA and the SDUSD one of the top Arts Education Administrators in the nation through sheer stupidity:

Since the July 25, 2014 “secret meeting” with Site Stakeholders, Marten and the SDUSD have attempted to cover up their unseemly behavior by:

  • Appointing Lizarraga to a last minute, undefined District Arts position

This position was created AFTER Marten and her staff lied about the facts surrounding the Lizarraga reassignment.  End result: Lizarraga hired away to another District.

  • Orchestrating a vote at SCPA to choose representatives for the Fake Principal Selection Committee process.

Since ALL the prescreening is done by the Superintendent appointee WITHOUT any School Stakeholder oversight,  the SCPA Principal has already been identified and selected by Marten and her cronies prior to any meetings and is funneled to the finalist candidates.  Since the Principal selection decision has already been made prior to getting to the committee…it makes no difference who is on the selection committee…whether they are voted on, appointed or brought in from another country.

The three categories of candidates to interview, identified by Marten and her “gang that can’t shoot straight”, are as follows:

  1. Qualified Administrators (Principals, Vice Principals, etc) that are currently employed by the SDUSD
  2. A nationally recruited Arts Education Administrator
  3. A teacher with no administrative experience and no management experience except for a class of 20 – 30 teenagers

The odd arrangement that the SDUSD follows is to interview the Qualified SDUSD Administrators first…and in this case…ELIMINATE THEM BEFORE INTERVIEWING THE OTHER CANDIDATES!

How can this make any sense?

Well… not surprisingly…candidates eliminated had better credentials than Marten herself!

It is said that one of the candidates had a doctorate…which Marten lacks.

Another had years of experience as a High School Principal over a large school site location – again, a qualification that Elementary Principal Marten never has achieved.

So in stage 1, the Internal Administrative Candidates phase,  Marten, with the assistance of rules imposed upon the Committee, wiped out the chance of a SDUSD Administrative Qualified Candidate to become SCPA Principal.  The Committee had NO OPPORTUNITY to compare the candidates equally.

An example of the intimidation and fear generated by this incompetent Spokesmodel Marten and meddling Marne Foster:

ONLY TWO ADMINISTRATIVE CANDIDATES APPLIED!

With over 300 SDUSD Administrators eligible to apply for SCPA Principal, one of the premier positions in the SDUSD, IT IS OBVIOUS THAT NO ONE WANTS TO BE PRINCIPAL IN AN AREA INEPTLY MANAGED BY MARTEN WITH CONSTANT, INAPPROPRIATE, INTIMIDATING, INTERFERENCE BY FOSTER.

They ALL know better – as more than one Administrator has told me – “WE ARE ALL SCARED TO DEATH…I AM KEEPING MY HEAD DOWN AND MY MOUTH SHUT!”

What a MISERABLE and INTIMIDATING WORK ENVIRONMENT the insecure and incompetent Marten and Foster have created!

The two categories left?

  • A nationally recruited Arts Education Administrator
  • A teacher with no administrative experience and no management experience except for a class of 20 – 30 teenagers

So, what are the odds that this incompetent Elementary School Superintendent pre-picked a nationally renowned Arts Education Administrator for the job.

After removing  other highly qualified/credentialed Principals like Lizarraga and Omogbehin?

Doubtful.

And why would a nationally regarded Arts Education Administrator want to risk taking a job working for a Rookie, Unskilled, Superintendent with an inferiority complex that rules by fear and intimidation…where it is ALWAYS Martens way or the highway?

There is no good reason for anyone with that much talent to work under tyranny.

THAT is why there has been such a RAPID DEPARTURE OF SKILLED EDUCATORS since Foster was elected and Marten was appointed!

Odds for an Arts Administrator with the credentials provided to Marten and the Board by District Deeds that match Principal Lizarraga’s:

DISTRICT DEEDS ODDS: 5%…and only if Marten is shamed into doing it.,,which since she ahas NO shame and NO ethic…that is extremely doubtful.  Marten is all about Marten..and how much money and how far in her career she can go…the Students, Teachers, Staff, Parents and Community Members all come last. That is precisely the reason she took a job that she knew she was eminently unqualified for.

Remember…Marten DOES NOT LIKE PRINCIPALS THAT ARE MORE QUALIFIED FOR HER JOB THAN SHE IS!

And how about the odds she has already pre-picked a teacher with no administrative experience and no management experience except for teaching a class of 20 – 30 teenagers – to be appointed as SCPA Principal?

DISTRICT DEEDS ODDS:  95%

Controllable, manageable…and equally as unqualified/poorly credentialed for the SCPA Principal position as Marten is unqualified/poorly credentialed as SDUSD Superintendent!
