Happy New Years Eve 2023 to ALL our readers and to ALL the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) Stakeholders!!!

As our readers know, District Deeds posted the following resolution on January 1, New Years Day, 2023:

To complete this resolution we posted a series of initiative to address each of the components of the SDUSD Honesty, Accountability and Transparency “HAT Trick”.

From January through May we posted the District Deeds “Uniform Complaint” HAT Trick Handbook that provided all our readers the strategies, components and timelines for successfully filing a Uniform Complaint against the SDUSD for it’s ongoing and numerous violations against Students, Teachers, Staff, Families and other SDUSD Stakeholders.

In June, 2023 we graded the SDUSD on each of the “HAT Trick’ Components of Honesty, Accountability and Transparency.

In July, 2023 we exposed the manipulative behaviors of the SDUSD.  We addressed the SDUSD Proposal and Proposition Grifting, the SDUSD “Crying Game” strategies” and then posted a Teacher Survey to back it up.

In August, 2023 we exposed the ongoing SDUSD Propaganda machine, provided our “2 Step Solution” of “Follow the Money” and “Leadership Violation” Accountability and shed light on the SDUSD Universal Transitional Kindergarten and Enrollment Stonewalling scam.

Also in August, in preparation for the new 2023/2024 school year and as part of our Whistleblower Series, we launched the following “Speak Your Truth” initiative:

September and October 2023 were filled with 1st person “Speak Your Truth” Testimony from “PTSD in SDUSD“, “Targeted Teacher” and a 2 part testimony from “Perturbed Parent“.  Also included in those months were expose’s on “Enrollment Lies/Community Schools Gulag” and “Inaccurate, Invalid and Unreliable – SBAC Testing and Media Reporting“.

The final initiative for 2023 in November and December was the District Deeds HAT Trick Survey where we received grades from our readers for the SDUSD level of Honesty, Accountability and Transparency .

In Closing…

2023 was an extremely busy year for District Deeds and all SDUSD Stakeholders.

Attempting to force a massively corrupt SDUSD to be Honest, Accountable and Transparent is made doubly difficult when that same district has a $1.4 billion budget to fund unlimited “fake news” propaganda and the ability to crush every valid lawsuit against the SDUSD with unlimited internal and “hired gun” legal resources.  To compound that problem, the local press is forced to “play ball” with the SDUSD or risk the loss of news access so “fair and balanced” reporting that gives the SDUSD “reaction” to their own corruption just doubles the SDUSD propaganda effort spin.

Unfortunately, for the struggling compromised local San Diego news, their SDUSD reporting efforts are the epitome of the saying that “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer”.

The fairy tales and “feel good” lies and photo ops with innocent students that the incompetent SDUSD and senior staff spread are all built to hide the real reason they are all in the education “business’.

The REAL reason is NOT to “help the Students’ or to tell the truth in any way.

The REAL reason is to help themselves at the COST to the students….

  • Through unearned 6 figure salaries to unqualified, inexperienced cronies.
  • Through nepotism.
  • Through covering up physical, sexual and mental abuse of Students in the SDUSD Schools and fighting those same Students in court with unlimited legal power to crush valid student complaints
  • Though avoiding any and all enforceable accountability repercussions by manipulating California Dashboard scores/ratings
  • Through funding elections with union dollars for construction and employee contract concessions/raises as quid pro quo for election endorsements and donations.
  • Through Democrat Party political connections from the SDUSD Board of Education to the San Diego City Council to the Democrat leader of the California Department of Education (CDE) to the California State legislature and Governor to the U.S, Department of Education, the U.S. Senate and the President of the United States the corrupt SDUSD Senior Leadership and multimillion dollar legal department is able to completely avoid any and all prosecution of any and all improper SDUSD criminal and financial/operational/human resource actions.
  • Through only listening to affluent and politically connected families and ignoring the poor families, the families of color and the thousands of marginalized families and Students that do not have the finances, transportation, language or educational capacity to fight for their rights and/or move to a Private or Charter school.

That is why District Deeds WILL NOT give up that fight for SDUSD Honesty, Accountability and Transparency!!!

Next week we will provide the District Deeds Resolution for 2024 and how those HAT Trick components will blend into that resolution.
