HAT TRICK Handbook - Uniform Complaints, S D U S D, San Diego Unified School District, SDUSD, SDUSD HAT Trick, UCP
Welcome to District Deeds Sunday Reads 2023!
We hope all of our readers had a happy and safe holiday season.
Since 2014 we have been on a quest to fully investigate the SDUSD and expose the ongoing incompetence, corruption, lies and wrongdoing by senior leadership and willing SDUSD employee/stakeholder sychophants. Over at least the past 9 years, massive SDUSD education dysfunction has severely damaged the educational future of a generation of K-12 Students. The gross mismanagement and total lack of established disaster recovery protocols prior to and during the recent Covid Pandemic has drastically multiplied the SDUSD educational disaster resulting in a mass exodus of both Students and Staff AWAY from the SDUSD.
To address that damage, as we mentioned in our 2023 New Year message, we are focusing our efforts this year on 3 primary resolutions regarding the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD):
Honesty
Accountability
Transparency
The SDUSD HAT Trick!
The 3 tenets of the SDUSD Hat Trick are essentially the same as a Hat Trick in any other endeavor. You can’t get to the “second success” without the first success and you can’t get to the “third success” without the first AND second success.
You can’t have Accountability without Honesty.
You can’t have Transparency without BOTH Honestly AND Accountability.
We believe that the SDUSD HAT Trick SHOULD be the cornerstone and the “2030 Vision” of EVERY ethical school district, especially one as diverse and well funded as the $1.3 BILLION SDUSD. Unfortunately greed and corruption by SDUSD Senior Leadership Trustees and Appointees has derailed any and all efforts toward achieving those ideals.
The SDUSD HAT Trick IS a very simple concept, but has proven to be very difficult, if not impossible, to achieve by the SDUSD given the rampant propaganda, lies and disinformation spewed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis by the:
- SDUSD Propaganda Department
- Sycophant Senior Leadership – Senior Staff
- Corrupt Board of Education Trustees
THAT is why, beginning next Sunday, January 15, 2023, we will begin this year long quest for the SDUSD HAT Trick by analyzing the “H” out of SDUSD Honesty. We will provide our readers the tools and insights needed to find, fight for, demand and expose honesty and the truth from every level of the SDUSD…from Pre-k to 12, from hourly to certificated to appointed and elected personnel, from the SDUSD to the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) to the California Department of Education (CDE), the United States Department of Education (USDOE) and the United States Office of the Inspector General (USOIG).
We have named this effort the SDUSD HAT Trick Project.
In subsequent posts later this month and this year we will work through the same truth-telling/definition/discovery process for full SDUSD Accountability and Transparency…and we will also strive to put these insights and information in “digestible” segments/chapters rather than 4,000 word tomes.
To begin this quest for the SDUSD HAT Trick here is a quick primer to review for next week, a copy of the most recent Uniform Complaint Procedure Handbook dated December 2, 2022 by the California Department of Education (CDE).
Please read through the whole 9 page document. Next Sunday we will begin to dissect the document and add tips and strategies to exposing ALL SDUSD misdeeds at a local, state and federal level. That document will also serve as a springboard for more in-depth supporting documents and relevant news articles.
By the end of this year, our goal is to have provided every SDUSD Stakeholder a well defined “road map” for successfully exposing SDUSD corruption, lies and misdeads, now and in the future, in the most efficient, effective and legal way possible to the benefit of ALL SDUSD Stakeholders.
It is a huge task for ALL of us…but ALL of our current and future Students and Stakeholders deserve it!
Together we can Make This Better…See you next Sunday!!!
Now our “Quote of the Week” dedicated to ALL SDUSD Stakeholders committed to the SDUSD HAT Trick Project:
“In a time of deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary act.” —George Orwell
