Over the last 2 years, since Superintendent Monarch Cindy Marten was appointed with no credentials, we have all heard and seen numerous pronouncements of stakeholder “Collaboration” which was exposed as fake – ergo: “Fauxllaboration” (http://wp.me/p4LD0L-bN). Since June, 2014, District Deeds blog posts have shown the unqualified Superintendent Marten “Fauxllaboration” in a whole series of blunders and misadventures as listed in the District Deeds Blog Recap 2014 (http://wp.me/p4LD0L-hK).
The “About” (https://districtdeeds.wordpress.com/about/) section on this blog site shows that over the last 15 years we have been participants in countless “SDUSD Sanctioned” committees, groups, task force, and tiger team meetings. SDUSD “Sanctioned” groups include SSC, ELAC, DAC, DELAC, CAC, CTEAC, ACEUCP, Principal Selection, Administrator Selection, PTA, Governance, ALL Tiger Teams, Cluster Committees, Cluster Congress Committees, School Foundation Groups and many more that are informal…like town hall meeting and rallies.
Virtually every recommendation from Stakeholder consultation made by these groups that was opposed to the predetermined SDUSD Senior Staff decision presented was co opted, cast aside or buried with “staff”.
Predetermined decisions by a select group of District Senior Staff IS NOT CONSULTATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS. Over the last two years the trend to eliminate real Stakeholder involvement has been dramatically increased.
This Marten and SDUSD Senior Staff strategy is in complete opposition to Federal, State, and SDUSD guidelines for shared consultation with the Stakeholder community.
As an example of just one of the lawful instructions being violated, review pages 14 and 15, numbers 11. 12, 16 and 17 of the 2014/15 Title 1, Part A, Individual Application Guidelines, Instructions and Assurances here: Title1 Part A, App Guidelines
THIS NEEDS TO STOP…FOR LEGAL REASONS…AND FOR ETHICAL REASONS!
IN THE FACE OF THE MARTEN MONARCHY/AUTOCRATIC REGIME AND AS CITIZENS OF CALIFORNIA WHO CURRENTLY HAVE THE RIGHT IN STATE ELECTIONS, WE MUST HAVE THE SAME RIGHT AND OPPORTUNITY TO WRITE, PROPOSE AND VOTE ON REFERENDUMS AND INITIATIVES THAT DIRECTLY IMPACT OUR CHILDREN AND THEIR EDUCATION WITHIN THE SDUSD!
In this 2 part series, District Deeds will assess the current conditions in the Fauxllaborative SDUSD and provide a proposal to address, as a COMPLETE community, the critical issues…both short and long term…through STAKEHOLDER CITIZENSHIP AND SHARED SOVEREIGNITY!
One final thought…since Monarch Marten is SO fond of quotes, remember…
Democracy must be something more than two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for dinner.—James Bovard, Civil Libertarian (1994)
Let’s NOT be like sheep!

Hello District Deeds: As a parent of a SDUSD student and a taxpayer, I want a district that lives up to its Code of Ethics which states: The District exists to serve the needs of students, parents, and the community.” It is abundantly clear that this district punishes advocacy and innovation and rewards subservience and the status quo at all levels, so I hope that we can unite in a stakeholder march to demand that ALL our voices be heard.
