INTRODUCTION
Over ten months ago on New Years Day, Sunday, January 1, 2023, District Deeds made the 2023 “HAT Trick” New Years Resolution for holding the San Diego Unified School District to the reasonable, justifiable, and critical standard of Honesty, Accountability and Transparency:
Since that time we have provided our readers the HAT Trick Handbook for Uniform Complaints and spent Summer, 2023 breaking down the three components with documented proof of horrible SDUSD performance.
From the beginning of the 2023/2024 school year in August we have provided both document and video examples of the SDUSD senior leadership corruption and lies in subverting any semblance of the 3 District Deeds HAT TRICK components of Honesty, Accountability and Transparency. We accomplished that by
We then decided to launch our Sunday Reads “Speak Your Truth” Initiative. (A summary description of this initiative is at the end of this post).
We have used that “Speak Your Truth” vehicle to provide three REAL Stakeholder Whistleblowers testimonies from a SDUSD Staff member, a SDUSD Teacher and a SDUSD Parent, to illustrate the huge gap between the FAKE, ongoing steady, relentless and corrupt SDUSD propaganda and the REAL SDUSD Stakeholder abuse reality.
Today, on November 19, 2023, we are approaching the final 6 week stretch of the SDUSD HAT Trick initiative. As part of our Whistleblower Series, for the next six weeks we will be soliciting the opinions of SDUSD Stakeholders to rate the SDUSD through a HAT Trick Survey to express their perceptions, definitions, recommendations and A – F ratings of the existing Honesty, Accountability and Transparency of the SDUSD Senior Operational Leadership and the SDUSD Board of Education.
To accomplish this HAT Trick Survey task we will be using the following Four Step process to launch the new initiative:
Step 1: Create two identical Surveys asking recipients the following six questions:
- What is your current perception/definition of “HONESTY” in the San Diego Unified School District?
- What is your recommendation for improved “HONESTY” in the San Diego Unified School District?
- What is your current perception/definition of “ACCOUNTABILITY” in the San Diego Unified School District?
- What is your recommendation for improved “ACCOUNTABILITY” in the San Diego Unified School District?
- What is your current perception/definition of “TRANSPARENCY” in the San Diego Unified School District?
- What is your recommendation for improved “TRANSPARENCY” in the San Diego Unified School District?
Along with these 6 questions the HAT Trick survey provides an opportunity to rate the SDUSD using an A through F grade for the current status of SDUSD Honesty, Accountability and Transparency.
Step 2: Distribute Identical Surveys
- Identical Survey 1 will be sent to District Deeds contacts (Group 1) that have contributed/supported the full investigation of the corrupt SDUSD in the past.
- Identical Survey 2 will be provided to any stakeholders/readers (Group 2) that send a “Request to be Surveyed” to districtdeeds@gmail.com
Step 3: Gather the answers and results from each survey response and present them in posts through the end of the 2023 and beyond.
Step 4: Archive cumulative results including grades and conclusions and provide next steps in the final District Deeds Post of 2023 on New Years Eve, Sunday, December 31, 2023 to form the NEW District Deeds 2024 New Year Resolution.
District Deeds will be encouraging our readers to participate in the survey via short posts and social media messages over the final weeks of 2023.
Be sure to request your Survey at districtdeeds@gmail.com TODAY!!!
DISTRICT SEEDS ALERT: There are a limited number of survey spots available for those “Request to be Surveyed” so please expedite your requests to districtdeeds@gmail.com
DISTRICT SEEDS ALERT: ALL contributions from SDUSD Stakeholders are covered with COMPLETE CONFIDENTIALITY. No name or identity will be revealed in any District Deeds posts without the full approval of the contributor who has full control though both the new survey and the ongoing “Speak Your Truth” initiative to remain COMPLETELY anonymous in ALL posts referring to their contribution.
This new survey effort does not negate the ongoing “Speak Your Truth” initiative described below.
District Deeds “Speak Your Truth” Information
On August 27, 2023 we launched a new initiative in our post titled “2023/2024 – District Deeds 10th School Year…NEW “Speak Your Truth” Posting Opportunity for ALL SDUSD Stakeholders!!!” where we asked for the real life experiences of San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) Parents, Teachers, Students, Staff and Taxpayers.
Here is the “Speak Your Truth” initiative definition from that post:
“Speak Your Truth” CONTINUES to inspire honesty and bravery with SDUSD Teachers, Staff, Parents and Students and given us additional insight into the deep fear of SDUSD retribution by employees in the toxic SDUSD work environment.
THANK YOU to ALL the brave SDUSD Stakeholders who continue to share their stories with us and provide deep insights into the ongoing SDUSD dysfunctional work and education environment.
Now for our Quote of the Week dedicated to ALL SDUSD Stakeholders who may fear corrupt SDUSD retribution from the vindictive SDUSD but will STILL have the courage to contribute answers to the HAT Trick Survey and forge on for the betterment of ALL Students:
“I am not anxious to be the loudest voice or the most popular. But I would like to think that at a crucial moment, I was an effective voice of the voiceless, an effective hope of the hopeless.” ―
