This week we focus our News section on the periodic San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) teacher raises and budget deficit scam run by SDUSD Board Trustee Richard “Tricky Dick’ Barrera and his subservient Board of Education Trustee sheep endorsed financially by the SDEA.  As usual the SDUSD budget deficit will again be corruptly resolved by the withdrawal of important programs serving the neediest of Students…with this years unique twist of NO SDEA LAYOFFS and TEACHER RAISES and TEACHER HOUSING despite HISTORIC dwindling SDUSD attendance, increased dropout rate and documented educational performance failures in all key subjects at virtually every grade level.

WOW!  A stroke of corrupt genius!

This Tricky Dick SDEA raise scam was masterfully created by pre-planning the new SDEA housing payoff through an additional 2022  election year “Proposition” that buys Teachers’ housing with tax dollars.   The Barrera con job included using $50k annual teacher salary for propaganda that he retroactively increased through the recent 10% raise.

Now you see the $50k, now you don’t!

This devious SDEA payoff strategy on the backs of the poorest SDUSD families will probably fund Barrera’s political future in perpetuity…or at least until term limits remove him from his Trustee office in 7 years.

We ask our readers:

Is it a stretch to believe that this is part of the payoffs (plus housing) by Barrera to the SDEA for their financial support of Barrera political campaigns electing himself and his subservient SDEA lackey Trustees?
